Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE shipping through USPS on all domestic orders as a courtesy to our customers. We also offer shipping via USPS Priority. (extra fees apply) Orders are made within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Custom orders may take an additional 3-5 business days. (custom vests etc) Please note that most packages require 2-4 days of transit time.
We use polymailers for most purchases and try to keep paper waste to a minimum when we can. We work with the USPS to get your purchases to you in a timely manner. Most shipments have a tracking number and the status can be checked by clicking HERE.
We offer international shipping from the United States Postal Service. With USPS, once packages arrive in the destination country, they are handled by the local carrier in that country. All orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. We also offer DHL service, which is fast and trackable. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We want you to be Dog Gone Happy with your purchase and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Returns and exchanges of unused merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase. When returning an item for a full refund on the original payment method, customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless product is defective. When returning an item for store credit or exchanging an item, shipping fees are complimentary of Dog Gone It Luna. We provide a USPS return label for all domestic returns. International customers are responsible for shipping items back as we are unable to provide return labels for international customers.
Once we receive a return/exchange, please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
*Please note that free gifts received as part of a promotion must be returned alongside the original item in order to process a return. If free gift is not included, customer will be refunded the full amount less the regular price of the free gift.
