RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

  • Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges

  • Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit

  • We cannot accept returns after 60 days

  • We cannot accept returns on customized/personalized items or custom orders.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

EXCHANGES

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. You will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping during the returns process.

How do I make a return?

  • Enter your order information above, select the item(s) you would like to return, and submit your return request

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with a USPS shipping label

  • If you choose to use the provided shipping label, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your return. Alternatively, you can ship your return using a carrier of your choice.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive the item(s) we will process all returns within 5 business days.

What is your return policy?
